Pets come in so many lovely shapes and sizes that it’s always best to give us a call if you have questions, but here are some basic bits to get you started.
Late Pick-ups - We do our best to stay in communication with you so that you know when your dog needs to be picked up. As such we kindly ask that all dogs are picked up within 60 minutes of us reaching out. Dogs needing to stay longer will be charged $20. Any dog left after our 4pm closing time will be charged $1 per minute.
